Open Air from your menu bar, go to Settings, and click on 'Upgrade to Pro'. You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Air app settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then you'll be moved to the free plan.
